Kate’s love of architecture and interior design grew into something bigger: helping people find a place to call their own. Today she brings that passion to buyers and sellers across the Denver metro area, Golden, Boulder, and the surrounding communities.

For buyers, that starts with listening. Kate takes the time to understand each client’s goals and what they want from their next home, then matches them with the right property, keeping communication clear from the first conversation to the closing table. For sellers, she brings strong market knowledge, proven marketing, a trusted team of professionals to prepare the home, and deep community connections. Whichever side of the transaction a client is on, Kate is their advocate through a process that can get complicated.

A resident of the west metro neighborhood of Applewood, Kate knows the area as both an agent and a neighbor.  Life outside of work is all about adventure for Kate, her son, and their two Labrador Retrievers - bike rides, good food, and any excuse to head for the mountains.
